THE FAB 570 has arrived!! It's the next chapter moving forward for Syracuse's Beatles Tribute Band - The Fab Five. Think of it as just like "CSI", and then - "CSI: Miami"....it's the same thing, but kinda different!

(October 16, 2009) The Fab Five officially retired to a packed house at Good Morning America's "#1 Barbeque Joint" and live music venue - The Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse. With a little help from friends Mark Dawson from The Grass Roots and Joey Molland of Badfinger, the quintet ended a successful nine year run - regionally and internationally - that very few local bands ever have the opportunity to experience.
(May 28, 2010) Craving a new live music project, Fab Five founder/bassist Paul Davie thought the next logical step to creating a "fab" sounding band, would be to perform the Beatles influenced hits of the next decade in line for Baby Boomers & Gen X'ers - The 70's...with some late-era and solo Beatles tribute material for the fans who continued to be loyal to the "Fab" brand. So, he recruited four Central NY veteran musicians with the same love for jangly, harmony-driven power pop of the 70's: Bill Barry on keyboards/guitar, Tom Hillenbrand on lead guitar, drummer Lenny Milano and and Jerry Crimmins on lead vocals and percussion.
The Fab 570 (pronounced "five-seventy") recreates vinyl's final era of three minute, AM radio friendly singles to perfection. They play the greatest 'mainstream' hits that are still on FM airwaves to this day, and some choice cuts that deserve to be heard, but never pass the muster of clueless, corporate puppets who call themselves "Program Directors".
